The facilities at Shepherds Tree were exceptional. The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the room was excellent. The game drives were fantastic, with our ranger Brite being brilliant at spotting and pointing out animals. The outdoor shower and outdoor meal on the last night were memorable experiences. The luxury accommodation and the fantastic location made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Additionally, the lack of signage leading to the hotel was a bit confusing, as we had to rely on memory rather than relying on Google maps.
